Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar aka Ram and Priya are expected to bid their final goodbye to Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 tonight!
Ekta Kapoor’s popular daily soap 'Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2' is going to witness a 20-year generation gap with new actors entering the show. Its lead characters Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar aka Ram and Priya are leaving the show and it is being said that they both will bid their final goodbye in tonight’s episode. Yes, you read that right! As per the latest report, Nakuul and Disha have shot for their last day and wrapped up the shoot too.
In tonight’s episode, they will bid an emotional farewell. Nakuul posted a video montage from the sets compiling his shooting scenes and pictures with co-actors. He captioned the post as, “The Last Dance With my incredible team of#BadeAchheLagteHain2 Tonight at 8.” Commenting on his video, Disha wrote, “Am not crying.. you are Crying.” While Ekta dropped heart emojis, Shubhaavi Choksey said, “don’t have any words to say and these hearts seem to be too lessLove you all.”

Earlier, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Nakuul Mehta spoke about his decision to leave the show after a year and a half. He stated that one must know when to go and that now is the time to leave. He was quoted as saying, “I feel I have paid my dues to the makers and the audiences in the last 18 months. Moreover, you must know when to go and now is the time to go. It is tempting to stay on and continue with a show and receive the love but what more is my question. I look at challenging myself. I have had patience and resilience to say no to a lot of things and preserve myself for bigger things.”
Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2 premiered on 30 August 2021 and starred Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in lead roles. Niti Taylor and Ranndeep Rai will take the show ahead after the leap.
