Diana Khan who's currently seen on the show Bahu Begum is surprised by reports which state that she is quitting the show. Speaking exclusively to SpotboyE.com, the actress quashes these rumours and confirms that she will continue being part of the serial even post the time leap
There have been reports on the web since quite some time that TV actress Diana Khan who is currently seen essaying the character of Shayra in Bahu Begum may quit the show. The series is set to take a 5-year-leap as makers are trying to revive the lost TRPs by introducing new elements.
According to a source, post leap, Azaan (Arjit Taneja) and his family will be shown having a huge financial loss and the story forward will have them losing their riches. With that, reports also suggested that Diana's character of Shayra will mark an exit from the show. This news came as a shock to her fans and they started discussing over it on social media. However SpotboyE.com has it Diana is not bidding adieu to the show.
We called up Diana today and talking to us exclusively, she said, "I really don't know who is spreading this. I’m the lead of the show so how can I leave? There is no truth to it as I am very much part of the show, even after the leap. Neither the channel nor the production has communicated about this to me.” Well, her answer should definitely put a full stop to these speculations.
We asked our source to tell us how these rumours began and he told us, "As per the plan, Shayra is not part of the leap, but that is just for a few episodes. And that's why her temporary exit is being planned. She will make a comeback immediately as the story will go ahead post leap".
