Bigg Boss 13: Himanshi Says Not Sidharth, Asim Is The Real Winner, 'Log Toh Asim, Asim Chant Kar Rahe Hai’
Himanshi Khurana says it doesn’t matter who won the Bigg Boss 13 trophy because Asim Riaz has won a lot of hearts and that people are connecting to him
Asim Riaz stood neck-to-neck with Sidharth Shukla in his journey of Bigg Boss 13. Though the latter bagged the winner’s trophy, Asim Riaz is no behind when it comes to garnering some crazy fan-following and love. Recently, his ladylove Himanshi Khurana, in an interview, opened up on how she and Asim Riaz’s family reacted to his loss and revealed that for them, Asim is the ultimate winner. She also opened on how took her to meet her father and that she is the first girl, for whom Asim has done so.
Upon being asked about Asim being so close, yet so far to the Bigg Boss 13’s winner trophy, she said, “Haan hum sab chahte the ki who winner bane, hope bhi kar rahe tha. Meri toh aakhein bhi band thi aur heartbeat bahut fast thi ki abhi Asim ka naam lenge aur hum sab bhaagke jaaye. Vishal mere piche bethe the, aur hum sab chahte the. Asim ki family mere baju mein bethi thi. Lekin jab all of a sudden naam liya toh disappoint hua but it’s okay. Trophy se I don’t think so farak padta hai, kyun ki log toh har jagah chant kar rahe hai Asim, Asim, Asim. So, I think he’s the winner.”
Himanshi was also quizzed about her bonding with Asim Riaz’s family during the grand finale, to which, she said, “Main piche khadi hogayi as zyada logo se meri interaction nahi hoti. Unki (Asim) mummy was very emotional, unko hug kiya jaake lekin Asim was looking for me and haath pakadke sidha apne parents’ ke paas legaye and he said ‘she’s the girl jisse main milwana chahta tha,’ main bahut tabhi shy feel kar rahi thi and main usko bol rahi thi, ‘relax, relax. It’s okay.’ Toh who bola ‘nahi, main pehli baar apne father ko kisi ladki se milwa raha hoon’.”

When asked what did Himanshi and Asim talked about post their exit from the show, she said, “Bahut saari baatein ki humne. Bigg Boss ke baarein mein toh nahi ki lekin personal hamara relationship pe, families pe aur accha time spend kiya. For Himanshi, Asim is the winner, “Show mein Asim was the one jisko sabse zyada pyaar mila. Log use connect kar rahe hai toh I think he is the winner.”
