Bigg Boss 13 contestant Rashami Desai’s ex-husband Nandish Singh Sandhu, has kept himself pumped and his fans motivated with his social media post. Few of his previous Instagram posts had videos of the actor, indulging into some hardcore gym workout. And his continues to do the same this week as well. His latest Instagram post aptly acts as a mid-week motivator for that fitness freaky. In the picture, the actor is seen lifting dumbbells and pumping those biceps. Nandish’s fitness post received a lot of praiseworthy comments.
The actor captioned this image as, “Keep going until your brain forgets and your body remembers.” Along with fans and one of the actors Gulshan Nain too commented on his post and wrote, “Getting bettrr day by day bhaiya.. keep it up” Whereas Neel Motwani posted a star and an emoji with heart eyes. Currently, the actor’s ex-wife and actress Rashami Desai is locked inside the BB house and has been one of the strongest contenders on the ongoing reality show Bigg Boss 13. Rashami along with Devoleena Bhattacharjee was recently evicted only to be put into a secret room, to witness what’s happening in the house.
