On Saturday, we had Rohit Shetty entering the Bigg Boss 13 house. The Simmba maker was in the house to talk to Sidharth Shukla and Asim Riaz and also to give gifts to all the contestants. He tried to solve Sidharth and Asim's fight and get them to be friends again. A promo of this episode had made it to the internet and it had Sidharth Shukla sobbing hard. It appeared that Sidharth cried because of his interaction with Rohit Shetty and Asim, however, let us tell you that the promo was a smartly edited one. Sidharth cried post reading the letter sent by his mother which came as a gift for him on the occasion of Christmas. Here's the video.
While Sidharth did have tears in his eyes when Rohit Shetty was trying to be the peacemaker between him and Asim, it was the handwritten letter sent by his mom that got him to cry like a baby. We saw Sidharth reading the letter again and again, and crying hard. He then went and hugged Asim Riaz and even said sorry for being abusive. It was a very candid moment for all the viewers to witness. But must say, the channel played it really well and cut the promo to titillate the fans by showing the emotional side of Mr Shukla. Earlier, we had reported about the promo being wisely edited when the Twitter handle of The Khabri had pointed this out. It spoke about the different t-shirts worn by Sidharth in two different shots shown in the promo and that's how it became evident that the clip was a highly edited one.
