Bigg Boss 13's Abhinav Shukla Drops His Plans To Travel To Shimla To Meet COVID-19 Positive Rubina Dilaik; 'There’s No Point In Me Going There'

Bigg Boss 13 winner Rubina Dilaik recently revealed that she has tested positive for Coronavirus. She is in Shimla, isolating at home. In her recent interview, she had revealed that her husband Abhinav Shukla was going to travel to Shimla to meet her. However, that was before he got to know she has tested positive. Now, Abhinav has decided to stay back in Mumbai as she is in isolation and will not be able to meet her.

As reported by Times of India, Abhinav revealed, “I will be staying here because Rubina is in isolation at her home in Shimla. So there’s no point in me going there. No one will be able to meet her right now.” He further added, “Panicking doesn’t help anyone, we have to be well informed about how to handle it. If we panic, then people around too will do the same. We are following all the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and that’s important. I’m hoping she gets well soon."

After testing positive for COVID-19, Rubina had shared that Abhinav wasn't aware of the same. "Abhinav is in Punjab on some work. He knew that I was unwell but he doesn't know that I have tested positive because he is currently on a flight back to Mumbai. He is coming back for me. Once he lands, he will get to know that I have tested positive. I have home quarantined myself. I am at home and that gives me little more courage. Being around family makes it so easy," she said.
