Bigg Boss 13’s Mahira Sharma To Approach Cyber Crime Cell Against Shehnaaz Gill’s Fans: ‘They’re Targeting My Family, It’s Traumatising’
After being accused of attempting to buy Shehnaaz Gill’s fan pages, Mahira Sharma rubbished these claims and said that she plans to approach the cybercrime cell against Shehnaaz Gill’s fans. She said they’ve been trolling her since Bigg Boss 13 ended
Since the last few days, there has been a huge controversy after Bigg Boss 13’s famous page, The Khabri claimed that Mahira Sharma is attempting to buy all of Shehnaaz Gill’s fan pages on Twitter. Mahira’s spokesperson had reacted to it, calling it fake, after which The Khabri shared a few screenshots of texts exchanged between a user who seemed to be handling fan page of Shehnaaz and was asked to sell his page. However, the identity of who sent the text wasn’t mentioned and nowhere could it be seen that the offer was being made from Mahira’s end.
Now, Mahira Sharma herself has rubbished these claims and said that the fake news is being circulated to malign her. While speaking with The Times Of India, Mahira said that she isn’t active on social media and there’s no need for her to buy anyone’s fans. “Isn’t it crazy? It’s not as if someone else’s fans will start liking my work over their favourite celebrity. I am happy with my fans and am proud of them. They don’t abuse or troll anyone. Main aise fans toh chahungi nahi ki woh kisi aur ko troll karein, because Shehnaz ke fans bahut abuse karte hain,” she said.
Mahira Sharma shared that she intends to approach the Cyber Crime Cell. She said that Shehnaaz Gill’s fans have been trolling her since Bigg Boss 13 ended. “The trolling and nasty comments haven’t stopped. Now, they have started targeting my family. So, I will have to take action. It’s been traumatising for my mother and me to read such messages every morning.”
Mahira Sharma then questioned why Shehnaaz Gill’s fans target her, sometimes Devoleena Bhattacharjee and sometimes Rashami Desai. She also said that while she and Asim Riaz weren’t friends in Bigg Boss 13 and fought a lot, none of his fans have ever crossed the line.
