Bigg Boss 13 Star Rashami Desai Confesses Battling DEPRESSION For Four Years; 'Really Wanted To Leave The Life'
Rashami Desai has become everyone's favourite, thanks to her strong game in Bigg Boss 13. She was the one who stood out the most among strong contenders like Sidharth Shukla and Asim Riaz. When in Bigg Boss 13 house, Rashami sure had her dull and emotional moments. Often she broke down in front of her friend Arti Singh as her personal life went through a turmoil. She suffered the biggest heartache as her then partner Arhaan Khan got exposed. Now, she has moved on and is pretty happy with the way her life has turned out. However, she has revealed that she has battled depression in the past.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rashami Desai revealed that she was in depression for almost four years and even wanted to 'leave this life'. She was quoted saying, "I was into deep depression almost for four years and I really wanted to leave the life. I did not want to see anybody’s face. You know when you expect something and get something else and life will give you surprises in many way and when you are not ready to lead the reality, you somehow find it difficult."

She further added, "Professionally I was doing good because I was always loyal to my work and I used to feel happy while working. In fact, depression is the only thing that helped me come out of depression. It gave me more power and more life. Personally whatever I was going through I never let that affect my work. But my life has been an open book."

Kudos to the lady who fought through her tough times like a warrior and emerged victorious. Currently, Rashami Desai is seen in Ekta Kapoor's most popular show Naagin 4.
