As she is fondly called ‘Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif’, Shehnaaz Gill rose to fame after starring in Bigg Boss 13. However, her journey from just being a Punjabi star to a national star has been truly inspiring for many. After saying goodbye to Bigg Boss days, there was no turning back for Shehnaaz. After coming out of the house, she has worked with quite a few renowned artists. She has worked with ace Bollywood photographer Dabboo Ratnani, she also collaborated with rapper Badshah for a peppy single. Now, Gill is one of the inspiring women in the country as she just bagged a promising Fresh Face award. That’s right!
She took to her Instagram to share this happy news, also, attaching a couple of pictures of her getting an award. In the pictures, we see the award was presented by Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor while expressing how overwhelmed she feels to have that honour. She captioned it with, “There have been many moments in my short life, where I have been inspired by many many talented women and today to get this honour, is truly overwhelming. With a promise to entertain forever, I humbly accept the ET Inspiring women as a promising Fresh Face award.”
Knowing that Shehnaaz Gill too has a crazy fan following on social media, we saw how elated they were to see their idol getting recognition. A fan wrote, “God soo soo proud of you shehnaaz keep rocking sooo happy finally after all the struggle you are getting what all you deserve congratulations my queen lots of love” while another proud fan calls her the inspiration.
