Will he? Won't he? Doubts over Salman Khan continuing the on-going season of Bigg Boss arose when Colors decided that the finale will be postponed to February end. There was a lot of chatter at Film City since then. The fact of the matter was that Salman had told them that he would need a bit of time before he can confirm his availability for the extension and give them extra dates or not.

Salman fans can scream in joy that it's going to be none other than Salman who will helm the finale, expected to be held on Feb 28 or March 1.It was earlier being said that it would be Friday Feb 28, but since Bigg Boss has a history of culminating on Saturday it is now being said March 1.

Salman naturally had a tough time in making this change in his busy diary.

But now, it has been conveyed to Colors by his team that he will continue.  A meeting in this regard was held yesterday.


Salman's histrionics while hosting Bigg Boss are loved by almost everyone who see the show. It would have been a big disappointment if he had opted out by mid-Feb before the extension.

For those who've come in late, Bigg Boss 13 was extended by 5 weeks before this. It has been a good time for the show this season as the TRPs have been almost consistently high since the past few weeks, the slow start notwithstanding.


Bigg Boss, aired on Colors, is produced by Endemol. Guess, both the producer and broadcaster are smiling from ear to ear.


It is pertinent to note here that neither Colors nor Endemol has yet issued an official statement stating the extension. Any second thoughts?
