Bigg Boss 14: Actress-Politician Sonali Phogat Gets Emotional Remembering Late Husband In A Conversation With Rahul Vaidya; Reveals ‘He Was Very Supportive’

Bigg Boss 14 recently welcomed new wild card entrant Sonali Phogat, after the exit of challenger Kashmera Shah. The makers introduced actor turned politician Sonali Phogat, who made it to the headlines a few days back for thrashing slippers at a politician. In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 14, the wild card contestant was seen crying her heart out remembering her late husband. During a conversation with Rahul Vaidya, Sonali spoke of how much her late husband supported her.
In the late-night masala special episode, when Rahul asked Sonali about the reason behind her husband's untimely demise, the actor turned politician mentioned that they have a family history. She shared that most of the men in their family have passed away suddenly. Phogat said that she never thought that her husband would go away like this and mentioned that she was in Mumbai when he died. Recalling the incident that happened 4 years ago, Phogat said she wanted to quit acting, politics and everything. She mentioned it was her mother-in-law, who pushed her to not give up.
Sonali Phogat mentioned that her mother-in-law motivated her to continue in politics as Sonali’s late husband had worked really hard for her and that it was his dream. She said that whatever she is today, is all because of him. Phogat shared how her husband pushed her to work and loved her a lot. While talking about her late husband, she got emotional and tears started rolling down her cheeks. She continued to share with Rahul that she did not sleep for 6 to 7 months and would cry every night thinking of her late husband. She also shared that she visits their farm, and fulfills every wish of her husband. The actress also stated how she does not want anyone to forget who Sanjay Phogat was and how he is the one behind who she is today.
