Not very long ago, popular comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limachiyaa were arrested after the NCB seized a certain amount of Cannabis from their residence post a raid. The couple was soon out on a bail after moving their application to the court. However, the incident still haunts them, thanks to some unfiltered internet trolls. Recently, Haarsh made an appearance on Bigg Boss 14 during its Weekend Ka Vaar episode and was seen poking fun at himself over the controversy.
The writer was inside the house to spread laughter on the occasion of Christmas by roasting all the housemates. During the same, he cracked a joke on him by saying, "Subah subah main aagaya kyunki aajkal mre ghar par bhi log subah subah aajate hain...aur bahut kuch karke chale jaate hain..." (I have come on the show early morning because nowadays people arrive at my place early in the morning and do a lot of things while leaving. So, I though why should I come on the show also early morning). Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya and a few others got the point behind Haarsh’s joke and laughed over it.
On December 21, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa were once again spotted outside the NCB office in connection to the illegal possession of a drug at their residence. There were also rumours of Bharti getting ousted from The Kapil Sharma Show in the wake of this controversy; however, both Kapil and Krushna called it rubbish.
