Bigg Boss 14: Panipat Actor Sahil Salathia Declines Offer To Participate; Says, ‘It Is Not My Cup Of Tea’
Panipat actor Sahil Salathia was approached for Bigg Boss 14 but he has reportedly turned down the offer saying, ‘it is not my cup of tea’
Speculative list of contestants who are likely to be a part of Television’s most controversial show Bigg Boss 14 has been doing the rounds on social media for quite some time now. While many continue to maintain dignified silence, others, who often make headlines for being a part or being approached for Bigg Boss 14, come out in the open to deny the news. Likewise Bollywood actor Sahil Salathia, recently revealed that he was approached for the controversial show, but he ‘politely declined it.’ Sahil Salathia made his Bollywood debut as Shamsher Bahadur with Kriti Sanon, Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt led Panipat.
Reports of Sahil being approached for the upcoming season of the Bigg Boss made headlines. Later it was also said that he has reportedly turned down the offer. Confirming the same, Sahil told Times Of India, “Yes, I was offered the show, but I declined it politely. Honestly, I have never followed ‘Bigg Boss’. I am a trained actor, and acting is my passion. Being locked up in a house with a set of people, who have different mindsets, is not my cup of tea. If I participate in ‘Bigg Boss’, I will top the list of the worst contestants in its history. I am not someone who would pick fights or hurl abuses at people for entertainment.”
Late last month we reported, Mishal Raheja, who rose to fame with Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia led show Kumkum Bhagya, had revealed that he was approached by the makers in February but is now surprised to see how rumours of him participating in the show have surfaced now. Clearing the air of him being a part of Bigg Boss 14, Mishal stated that owing to his busy schedule, the actor had turned down the offer.
