Since the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 14, host Salman Khan has managed to entertain the audience with his perfect comic timing and humour. Not only that but he has also made sure he supports the contestants and tries his best to make them understand about their role in the game during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Now, in the recent episode of Bigg Boss 14, contestant Rubina Dilaik complained about host Salman Khan’s comment and being upset about his words.
During the last episode of Bigg Boss 14, Rubina Dilaik opened up about feeling disrespected on the show. Even though she accepted and agreed to the fact that she has not watched Bigg Boss and is a failure, but said that she was hurt as Salman addressed her husband Abhinav Shukla as ‘samaan’ and her belongings as ‘kachra’ during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Rubina added that Salman Khan’s statement, “yeh samaan aap lekar aayi hain,” was like a ‘punch in the gut’ and found it disrespectful.
As the ‘Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ actress also mentioned that her husband Abhinav and she were not desperate to be a part of the show and that she believes in mutual respect, reacting to Rubina, Bigg Boss tried to explain to her and clarify how Salman Khan was only trying his best to make them understand the situation in his own way. Bigg Boss mentioned how Khan had no intention of disrespecting anyone and asked Rubina to understand things from Salman’s perspective.
In response to this, Bigg Boss tried to explain and clarify that Salman was only trying to make them understand in his own way, and it was in no way meant to disrespect anybody. He further told her that it is all about perception, and she should try to understand from Salman’s perspective. Later, after a much longer discussion on the same with Rubina and Abhinav, Bigg Boss suggested that the team can tell host Salman Khan to never joke with the couple, to which they immediately said that they would not like things to go that way. Eventually, Dilaik decided to clarify the matter with Salman Khan and try to settle in. Meanwhile, as Rubina Dilaik complained about Salman Khan, fans expressed their disappointment over her behaviour. During the episode, as BB13 winner Sidharth Shukla called Rubina ‘selectively dumb’, many users agreed to the senior after this incident. Many also went on and called Rubina ‘arrogant’ for her attitude and lashed out at her on social media.
