Kumar Sanu’s son Jaan Kumar Sanu is already winning hearts on Bigg Boss 14, thanks to his polite and happy nature. In the first few days itself, he has managed to make some friends in the BB house. Recently, while speaking with Jasmin Bhasin, Sara Gurpal and others, he opened up about his father Kumar Sanu’s absence while he was growing up. He shared that his parents separated when his mother was six months pregnant with him and that he has grown up with his mom since childhood. Back in 2018, Kumar Sanu had said he never wanted to disclose about adopting his eldest daughter Shannon, and also revealed the reason for it.
Kumar Sanu had said that he never wanted to disclose that he adopted a girl child in 2001. While speaking on the show Dil Hai Hindustani 2 in 2018, Kumar Sanu had opened up on adopting Shannon and had said, “I never wanted to disclose this as I was scared of what the society would think. I wasn’t sure how they were going to see this. But since now this is out, I’m really proud of Shannon. It doesn’t matter if she is my real daughter or not.”
Shannon is also a singer, and Kumar Sanu had said that she is very hardworking and has achieved a lot in her life. He also said that many people in Hollywood know him because of her, and that it’s a matter of pride for them.
Meanwhile, while speaking on Bigg Boss 14 recently, Jaan Kumar Sanu said, “My mom is both a mother and a father to me.
