Bigg Boss 15: Rajiv Adatia's Sister Deepa Clarifies On His Relationship With Shamita Shetty, Says ‘He’s Not Her Puppet’
Rajiv Adatia's sister Deepa Anand issued clarification about her brother and stressed that her brother is not Shamita's puppet.
Popular television celebrity, Rajiv Adatia recently entered Bigg Boss 15 as a wild card contestant. Born and brought up in London, the former model is also Shamita Shetty’s rakhi brother. He is often criticised by the housemates for playing the game under rakhi sister, Shamita Shetty's influence, but has often done what he has liked in the game.
Now, Rajiv's sister Deepa Anand issued a clarification about her brother and stressed that her brother is not Shamita's puppet. She also highlighted that the two share a very strong relationship.
Deepa started off by explaining their relationship and informed that Rajiv’s relationship with Shamita is very old and personal.
“I know there are people in the house who are saying that Rajiv is playing under Shamita’s influence but you have to understand that Shamita didi and Rajiv’s relationship is very old and personal,” Deepa Anand told ETimes.
“Rajiv has a strong and very old bond with Shilpa Shetty didi as well. We are a family and our mother’s are also friends. It is the relationship which is from before, outside the game. Rajiv is maintaining that relationship, how he would do it with me,” she added.
Deepa also mentioned that while maintaining his relationship with Shamita he is simultaneously playing his own game. “If he doesn’t agree with Shamita didi he tells her and does what he feels. He’s not scared of her,” highlighted Rajiv’s sister Deepa Anand.
Furthermore, she also slammed individuals calling out Rajiv as Shamita’s puppet and asserted that he is not playing the game under anyone’s influence. “There are also many things where they think alike. He’s not her puppet,” Deepa Anand told ETimes.
While Rajiv continues to do wonders with his stint at the Bigg Boss 15 house, she added, “Rajiv is a very intelligent, a strong personality and not playing the game under anyone’s influence. At the same time he’s maintaining the respect.”
Deepa continued, “He’s not cheating on her by making alliances or going against her. Just because he agrees with some of the things which Shamita says doesn't mean he is her puppet.”
