Bigg Boss 15: Rati Pandey Confirms That She Was Approached To Be A Contestant, Says ‘Due To Other Commitments I Will Not Enter’

Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 15 will soon have a grand premiere on October 2 and the show has already piqued everyone’s interest after Salman Khan introduced a jungle theme in the promo. The contestants have almost been finalized, however, there are some rumours which are yet to be clarified. Recently it was rumoured that Shaadi Mubarak actress Rati Pandey, will be participating in Bigg Boss 15. Now, the actress has issued a clarification about the same and revealed that she is not associated with the show this season.
Amidst all the speculations about Rati entering the house as a big-ticket contestant in season 15, she opened up not being a part of the show. "Yes it is true that I was offered to be a contestant in Bigg Boss 15, but due to other commitments I will not be entering the house this time, so the news that is floating around about me doing the show, are all just rumours," said Rati as quoted by ETimes.
She added, "Though yes I like watching Bigg Boss and I have even followed a couple of previous seasons, but whether or not I will ever do the show is something I am unsure of.”
Workwise, Rati was last seen as Preeti Jindal in Shaadi Mubarak and she replaced Rajshree Thakur in the show. She is known to be one of the popular faces of the small screen and has been in the industry for more than a decade now.
She is best remembered for her roles of Gunjan in Miley Jab Hum Tum and Hitler Didi. The actress is one of the close friends of Shweta Tiwari, who has been the Bigg Boss season 4 winner. They two shared screen space with each other in Begusarai and became friends.
