Bigg Boss 16 Fame Shiv Thakare Starts His Own Snacks Restaurant ‘Thakare's Chai and Snacks’; Says, ‘Will Put In All Efforts To Take This Ahead, Open More Branches’
Shiv Thakare spoke about venturing into restaurant business and how his family is proud of his success
Reality show star Shiv Thakare has won many accolades for his recent stint in Bigg Boss 16. His friendly personality and heart-warming smiles made him a fan favourite. Days after buying a car worth Rs 30 lakhs, he has now ventured into the restaurant business. The new entrepreneur has opened up a snack joint ‘Thakare's Chai and Snacks,’ an official food and snacks brand by Shiv.
During the launch of his brand, the star spoke to the media about his brand, his interest in opening up more franchises and how his family is proud of his success. Speaking to Etimes, he also expressed that once he launches his business in Mumbai, he will be expanding it in Pune as well as in his hometown, Amravati. The 33-year-old spoke to the entertainment portal about his future plans and revealed that apart from expanding his business, he is excited to work as an actor. Talking about his brand, Shiv said, “All the hard work I have put in the last few years are finally bearing fruits. I am going to put in all my efforts to take this brand ahead and open more branches. As far as the film is concerned, hopefully 6 months or 1 years down the line, I might meet you at my film's premiere and you would be praising my work. Speaking of his parents and his family, the Bigg Boss Marathi season 2 winner revealed that he is yet to meet them. They are very proud of his achievements. While he has been talking to his mother everyday through phone calls and video calls, he is yet to talk to his father “because every time I call them, my mother comes on the call.” He went on to express how people praising him has made his family proud.
Well, we definitely cannot wait to watch Shiv Thakare on the big screen.
