Bigg Boss 16 is one of the most controversial shows on Indian television that has kept the audience hooked because of the ongoing dramas between contestants. In the last episode, it was seen that filmmaker Sajid Khan and his group made their housemate Abdu Rozik dance only wearing swimming trunks on Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia’s birthday. This made a lot of fans angry as it reminded them of college ragging.

The ex-Bigg Boss 14 contestant dismissed the fans’ feeling by expressing that what Abdu went through wasn’t bullying but a joke between friends. He wrote, “A journalist from HT called right now & asked my comments on Sajid Nimrit writing on Abdu’s back. Guys they all are thick friends and there’s enough love between them to joke with each other. For the unversed, Abdu’s friends had proceeded to write ‘HBD Nimrit’ on his chest and ‘Love Tatti (I Love Shit)’ on his back. Well not being able to understand Hindi all that well when he came to know what tatti means, the 19-year-old was a little apprehensive about it when he got to know the meaning. Upset fans pointed out how the Mandali has started treating Abdu with little to no respect and only use him for the entertainment. Fans bashed Rahul for his tweet and even called him a bully. One fans wrote, “Kitne ache friends hain yeh sab kal ki episode mei Sajid aur Nimrit k issue ko dekh k pata chal gya hai. They’re just using Abdu as a prop, what they did with Abdu on Nimrit bday surprise was pathetic, he didn’t even know the meaning of that word.”





Ex-contestant Urvashi Dholakia also came out in support of Abdu. Sharing the video of the Tajik singer dancer and the rest of his friends laughing, she wrote, “NOT COOL ! Abdu doent deserve this ! But just think about it guys..if the mandli has come together & written this on Abdu’s back as a “gift”for Nimrit then is that what they think of her ?? am I the only 1 who is thinking this way ??”

Well, it will be interesting to see if Salman Khan will address this issue and ease up the concerns of the fans in the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.
