As per a new development around the show, Salman Khan will not host this week’s Weekend Ka Var. 

A Pinkvilla report suggests that Karan Johar is all set to step into Salman’s shoes as a Bigg Boss 17 host this week. In Salman Khan's absence, the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director will be seen taking over the show. 

Previously, Karan Johar hosted the entire season of Bigg Boss OTT season 1. The filmmaker was brutally honest in his hosting and was loved by any for his unfiltered opinions on the show. 

In the first Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss OTT Season 1, the popular director and producer reprimanded Divya Agarwal for her behaviour. KJo is someone who comes with immense experience in terms of hosting TV shows, chat shows, and award shows will be seen giving the contestants a taste of their own medicine. It will be interesting to watch who will be pulled up by Johar this weekend, reported Pinkvilla.
