Bigg Boss makers have been doing their best to bring about a new twist in the reality show every new season. While the show is one of the most watched shows in India, the makers have been trying their best to bring a new twist for the fans. It’s no secret that Bigg Boss has a huge fandom in Punjab, and the Salman Khan hosted controversial reality show has brought local regional singers/dancers in the last few seasons. It seems the makers have approached two Punjabi singers for the Salman Khan show.

A BollywoodLife report has suggested that Karan Sehmbi and Kay Vee Singh might come on Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 17. 

Speaking of Karan Sehmbi, he is an independent singer and composer from Punjab and his hot looks and charming personality might be a cheery on top for the show. On the other hand, Kay Vee Singh is also an independent musician and he is likely to enter the BB House along with Sehmbi, and fans are waiting for them to lock horns. 

Last year, rapper MC Stan brought in a whole new audience to the show. In fact, the name of Essjay (singer Saksham Jain) is also doing the rounds.

On the other hand, several rumours suggest that the makers have asked Emiway Bantai to be on the show. He is one of the top rappers in the country and he is a popular member of the desi hip-hop community. Meanwhile, several reports suggest that Bigg Boss 17 will start later than usual owing to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The matches will be held till October 19 and while India is  
playing some big ticket matches which are day and night fixtures, the TRPs of every show will suffer. Hence, the makers have decided to postpone the whole thing till October 20, 2023.
