Bigg Boss 3's Tannaz Irani Recovers From COVID-19; Says She Was Left Speechless After Her Daughter Asked For A Hug Amid Her Diagnosis

Some days ago, Tannaz Irani aka Maharani Rajeshwari from Zee TV's Apna Time Bhi Aayega had tested positive for COVID-19. Ever since her diagnosis, Tannaz was quarantined at home and took all the precautionary measures. Fortunately, the actress has now recovered from the virus. Now, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Tannaz has recalled her experience with Coronavirus and how devastated she was after her daughter asked for a hug while her diagnosis.
The former Bigg Boss star said, “The first few days after I tested positive were really bad because I had immense body pain and a massive headache. I would often lose focus on things, but I continued to have haldi doodh and kadha along with my Vitamin C supplements regularly. That really helped me. While I feel better than before, my sensation of taste has not yet returned. What I've realised now is that it does take a good few month to recover and this is definitely not going to be easy."
Tannaz further spilled the beans on the immense amount of love and support she received from her family, especially husband Bakhtiyaar Irani. "My kids were also the biggest source of my strength and every morning they would come near my door to wish me and see me. My daughter once asked me about when she would be able to hug me and that really was the worst part, it really left me speechless. But I am really proud of them because they never asked me if they could go outside, despite being upset over being stuck at home," added the actress.
Lastly, Tannaz thanked the team of her show Apna Time Bhi Aayega for showering her with love and support amid such tough times. She hopes to resume the shooting soon.
