As the world is in the grips of the deadly Coronavirus, TV celebs like Divyanka Tripathi–Vivek Dahiya, Asim Riaz, Shivangi Joshi, Ali Asgar, Shivin Narang and many more took to their social media handles to spread awareness but in their own way
Coronavirus also popularly known as Covid-19, is now declared as a pandemic, by the World Health Organization (WHO) The virus is now taking a toll in various countries but now instead of just sitting around, we have to fight with it and precautions is better than cure, right? With that, TV celebs like Divyanka Tripathi–Vivek Dahiya, Asim Riaz, Shivangi Joshi, Ali Asgar, Shivin Narang and many more took to their social media handles to spread awareness but in their own way.
Divyanka Tripathi – Vivek Dahiya: For the Holi celebration, the couple was in Bhopal but they made sure to travel safely. They wore masks to keep themselves safe from coronavirus and the actress shared a picture on social media, captioning, “Love in the times of Corona” while Vivek shared a Boomerang and wrote: “Khana peena kaise corona! Bhopal here we come.”

Asim Riaz: Bigg Boss 13’s first runner-up Asim Riaz was supposed to attend an event in Jammu Kashmir and also expressed his wish to visit the place. Shivin Narang: Beyhadh 2 actor had to travel to Kyrgyzstan for shooting a music video but he too ensured to take proper precautions while travelling. Shivin wore a mask to avoid infection and said, "It was a short work trip to Kyrgyzstan. I went there for a music video. The whole world is having trouble with the coronavirus and one should take proper precautions to avoid any issue. Shivangi Joshi: The Yeh Rishta actress shared to TOI, “As responsible citizens, we should take adequate measures to prevent the spread of this global epidemic. In this era of social media, a lot of people spread rumours through various platforms and apps. I wanted to do my bit by spreading correct news as I follow WHO (World Health Organisation). I urge my celebrity friends to follow suit and spread awareness about precautionary measures as much as possible.”
Gurmeet Choudhary: The actor shared a funny yet important video on Instagram about coronavirus to spread awareness. In the video, he is seen wearing a mask and can be seen avoiding a handshake from a random person. He wrote, “Be safe from corona virus. pls karona hand shake sirf karo Namaste.”
