Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai actor Deepesh Bhan’s who played Malkhan on the show went to the heavenly abode on Saturday, July 23, 2022, due to brain hemorrhage. He collapsed while playing cricket and was rushed to the hospital leaving his friends and family are in deep shock. Meanwhile, on Monday, July 25, 2022, a prayer meeting was organized by his close friends and family members.
All his co-actors from the Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai including Shubhangi Atre, Aasif Sheikh, Rohitash Gour, and Charrul Malik to name a few, attended the meet and paid condolence. Vidisha Srivastava, Vaibhav Mathur, Kiku Sharda, Nirmal Soni were all seen at the prayer meet with teary eyes. Shubhangi Atre who plays the role of Angoori bhabhi on the show broke down into tears at the prayer meet remembering Deepesh.
A video of Shubhangi Atre crying in grief is surfacing on the internet. She was seen offering flower petals to the photo of Deepesh and praying for him. While offering flower petals she cried inconsolably.
Post the video, fans also paid their condolence. They wrote, “Film industry ko aapke boht ydd ayege aur aapke liye kuch khana to kaam hai #rip”, “Another talented actor gone too soon. Rip”.
Later, the actress also shared a photo of a late actor with a garland and the caption, ‘Om shanti’.
Earlier, his other co-actors and friends from the industry shared their grief. Charrul Malik told, “I can't believe it still. I got to know about it in the morning. I just met him yesterday and he was all fine. We made a few reel videos together. I know him since eight years and he was closest to me on the sets. We used to eat our food together.”

On the other hand, the producers of the show, Sanjay & Binaiferr Kohli shared, "We are deeply saddened & shocked by the sudden demise of our beloved Deepesh Bhan. One of the most dedicated actors in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai and like our family. He will be deeply missed by all. Our heartfelt condolences to his family, May his soul Rest In Eternal Peace."
