It was recently that the show grabbed limelight when the rap video ‘Rasode mein kaun tha’ was viral on the internet. As fans were entertained with the rap video featuring Kokilaben and Gopi, after the video surfaced online, it soon invited memes. Now, latest reports state that the makers of Saath Nibhana Saathiya are set to launch season 2 in October.
According to an Indian Express report, the makers of show Saath Nibhana Saathiya are coming back with season 2. The report stated that to help people connect with season 2, Rupal Patel and Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who played the characters Kokilaben and Gopi Bahu respectively in the family drama, will be roped in to introduce the new season. The source in the report revealed that the casting for the show is in process and that second season will go on floors in September.
A source in the report revealed that the serial will be completely different from its past season. The source said, “The storyline will be completely different from Saath Nibhana Saathiya, but the core of a love story, amid a family drama, will remain. The makers have been aggressively reaching out to people for the roles.” The source in the report added, “Devoleena and Rupal will also be seen in the first few episodes.” As the source shared some details, the report also stated that Rupal Patel and Devoleena have shot for a special video that will be released soon by the makers. The source continued, “We are still working on the script, and they might keep coming back later in the show. The show will mostly go on air in October.”
Meanwhile, Saath Nibhana Saathiya is most likely to go on air in October. The show made headlines for the video shared by music producer Yashraj Mukhate. The producer made the rap video with the dialogue of Kokilaben and remixed it with beats and tunes.
