Bigg Boss 12 winner, Dipika Kakar is all set to entertain fans with her next fiction show on STAR Plus. TV’s favourite bahu has beaten her contemporaries like Drashti Dhami, Pooja Gor, Deepika Singh and got the lead role in Sandeep Sickand’s upcoming fiction show
After going through various emotions and winning the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 12, Dipika Kakar now wants to enjoy the world of fiction again. Well yes, the actress will soon make a comeback in the daily soap territory with Sandip Sickand’s next show. What’s more? Actresses like Drashti Dhami, Pooja Gor and Deepika Singh were in the running for the lead role but Dipika has won the race. We hear that the actresses had even given look tests for the same but evidently, Dipika bagged the role.
Producer Sandip Sickand, who last produced talk show Juzz Batt with Rajeev Khandelwal and Dhai Kilo Ka Prem with Meherzan Mazda and Anjali Anand as main leads, is bringing back a love story this time on STAR Plus. A source close to the producer told SpotboyE.com, "The show is a story of an unrequited love. It revolves around two individuals who blame each other for the loss of love in their lives. However, they fall in love with each other, eventually.”
Dipika Kakar, who took the Bigg Boss 12 trophy home recently, was much loved for her character, Simar in Colors Tv’s Sasural Simar Ka. In fact, her Bigg Boss co-contestant Sreesanth, used to tease her often that she would win the show because she is channel’s favourite bahu.
