Producer Sakett Saawhney and Balaji's Creative Director, Chloe Ferns have come up with a brilliant initiative, supported by big names from the world of television, appealing people to donate and help those who are in need of basic requirements
Everyone is doing their bit to support the ones in need at the time of global crisis. Bollywood and television world have also undertaken various initiatives to help those who have no means of livelihood during the lockdown period.
Producer Sakett Saawhney and Balaji’s Creative Director Chloe Ferns have also designed one such project to help the daily wage workers. They have involved many TV celebs and made 4 such videos with personalities like Karan Patel, Divyanka Tripathi, Ekta Kapoor, Drashti Dhami, Sriti Jhan, Surbhi Jyoti, Pearl V Puri and many more.
In the video, the celebs talk about the initiative and appeal to people to donate as much as they can to help out those in need. We got in touch with Fixer producer, Saket and he told us how all the celebs supported the initiative.
"The 3 videos are already out and the 4th one has just hit social media. We asked the celebs, and all of them were forthcoming- they sent their videos in 24 hours. We had one editor and background score person on our end, and the videos were produced smoothly," said Saket.
The producer also added that this is a very personal initiative and they don't intend to promote any brand or company through it. Saket and Chloe, along with all the celebs who have worked in the videos, only aim at raising as much fund as possible for the ones in need.
