The feud between Bigg Boss 13’s wild card entrant Vikas Fhatak, popularly known as Hindustani Bhau and one of the renowned producers Ekta Kapoor has been dominating headlines for quite some time now. Ever since he has filed a police complaint at Khar police station against Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor for the web series XXX, raising objection against a particular scene and accused them of disrespecting the Indian military, national emblem, colonel tag and defaming our country, Hindustani Bhau has been making quite a few videos on the same and sharing it on his Instagram account.
Today, he again shared an IGTV video where he is heard saying that a legal notice has been sent by his lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan to Ekta Kapoor. He starts the video by saying, ‘Tu khudko kya samjhti hai Ekti Kabootar.’ He also slams the producer saying that no matter how many followers of her send strike on social media platform, he will still raise his voice as he is not afraid. In the video, he is further heard saying that he has sent her a notice which is worth RS 100 crore notice and also demanded a reply in 14 days.
As the entire fiasco started over her web series XXX, apart from the notice, he also said a very controversial statement about Ekta Kapoor’s father Jeetendra. He said, “Tumhari family family, aur army ki family family nahi hai kya?” In this 10 minute video, Hindustani Bhau is heard slamming Ekta Kapoor and family left, right and centre. While sharing the video, he backed it with, “Tu Kya Tere Baap Ko Bhi Mangni Padegi Mafhi. Army Ke Privar Ke Sath Hum Hai. Speaking to SpotboyE.com and talking about the notice, his lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan said, "We have sent a legal notice to Ekta Kapoor. In the notice, we have mentioned that she tenders an apology to the Indian Army, pay damages of Rs. 100 crore to the Indian government, remove the illicit episode and refrain from doing any such acts further again. And we have also kept the condition to be followed within 14 days else we will be going ahead strictly along with the police complaint as well as a petition in high court to ban ALT Balaji".
