Week 3 is finally coming to an end, which means the TRP list of the Top 5 shows on Indian television is finally out. The past week has been an exciting one as the ratings of many shows have seen an increase. However, many have also experienced a decline in viewership. To start of Salman Khan’s reality show has bagged a spot in the top 5, pushing out Jhanak which had seen an increase in the viewership last week.
Just like last week, this week too the majority of the top spots are secured by serials on Star Plus. On the first position like always, stands Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna, and Aurra Bhatnagar starrer Anupamaa. The Rajan Shahi show has bagged the topped the chart with a TRP of 2.7 million viewership impressions. It seems like the fans are heavily invested in the life of Anupamaa and the Shahs after the 5-year leap.
The second position was secured by Shakti Arora, Bhavika Sharma and Sumit Singh starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. The show has received the TRP of 2.6 million viewership impressions this week. Fans are loving the dynamic between Savi, Ishaan and Reeva. They are eagerly waiting to know how their story unfolds in future episodes now that Savi and Ishaan have tied the knot. Next on the TRP list is Rajan Shahi’s show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe and Shivam Khajuria, the show has received a TRP of 2.3 million viewership impressions. Fans have been impressed with the ongoing track of the show especially the makers teasing the return of Akshara’s son Abhir.
Sai Ketan Rao and Adrija Roy’s Imlie has bagged the fourth position on the TRP list this week. The show has been performing well and keeping its audience engaged in the ongoing plot with its high-voltage drama. The show has received a TRP of 2.2 this week. Last but not least, Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss season 17, has bagged the fifth spot, ahead of its grand finale. With a rating of 2.1, the show is all set to conclude on Sunday. The reality show’s Top 5 contestants are Arun Mashettey, Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, and Abhishek Kumar.
