Bollywood stars gracing various reality shows on the TV platforms in order to promote their films has been a trend for years now. While stars appear on these shows it has fulfilled many of their avid fans wishes who also happen to be contestants on the shows. Recent actor to grace the ongoing singing reality show was Kartik Aaryan with his co-star Sara Ali Khan to promote their upcoming movie Love Aaj Kal. The presence of the actor on this show gave major fan moment to one of the contestants on the show, Ankona Mukherjee.
The Choti Alka Ankona gave a melodic performance on the song “Tere Leye Hum Hai Jiye.” Her tuneful performance made all the judges and special guest Kartik and Sara give her standing ovation. After her performance, Ankona told everyone that Kartik is her first crush and she is really excited to meet him finally. She also requested the Love Aaj Kal actor to dance with her and Kartik immediately agreed to fulfil her wish. Both of them danced on the Love Aaj Kal 2 latest romantic song Shayad. Though the GEC is yet to drop the promo of Ankona having danced with her first crush, the picture of the two is enough to compel the audience to tune into the weekend episode of this show.
