Indian Idol 11: Udit Narayan On Son Aditya Narayan’s Wedding Rumours With Neha Kakkar, ‘I Like Her Very Much’

As much as the singing reality show Indian Idol 11 is in the news for its super-talented contestants, one can’t deny that the delightful jugalbandi between Neha Kakkar (judge) and Aditya Narayan (host), too, has kept the grapevines buzzing. While it was all about flirting, things have now reached to Neha and Aditya’s wedding, also including the latter’s parents. Not very long ago, Udit and Deepa Narayan graced Indian Idol and that’s where they asked Neha to marry their son, Aditya Narayan. A surprised Neha couldn’t stop blushing. Well, Neha’s parents, too, gave their nod to this proposal by the Narayans.
A glimpse from the same also saw Neha addressing Aditya’s mother as ‘sasu maa’. An excited Aditya Narayan then announced that 14 February 2020, is the date of his wedding to Neha. Now, his father and veteran singer Udit Narayan, in a conversation with Navbharat Times, has opened up on this incident and revealed that he would love a have a female singer joining their family as the bahu. Udit also expressed his love and respect for Neha Kakkar. "Neha Kakkar is a very sweet girl. She sings very beautifully. I like Neha very much. Not only just me, but people also like her. I really like her and she has made a name for herself in the industry. I also keep listening to her songs,” said Udit.
Upon being asked if he would prefer having a female singer joining their family, Udit quipped, “Both of them (Aditya-Neha) are also pairing up, but the rest is unknown to me. All this news is going on TV, but if they get married, I would love to see a female singer joining my family.”
