Pooja Bannerjee and Shubhaavi Choksey will be undergoing a COVID-19 test on the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. They await BMC officials, as we write this.
Sometime back we came to you with the unfortunate news of Parth Samthaan, who plays Anurag on Ekta Kapoor's popular show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, testing positive for Coronavirus. After the news broke, shoot on the sets was brought to a halt immediately. The actor was showing symptoms since last morning after which he decided to go for a COVID-19 test, reports of which came out a few hours back, confirming that the virus has indeed infected him.
Today Parth was not shooting on the set but his other co-actors are very much present on location for the show. Pooja Banerjee (Nivedita Basu) and Shubhavi Choksey (Mohini Basu) are on set to deliver their scenes. Now the actresses have been asked to wait for BMC officials to come to the set, so they can go through a test while still on the sets.
When we contacted Pooja Banerjee she replied in the affirmative, "Yes there is test happening and I'm on set right now."
