Just Married Shaheer Sheikh Gets Nostalgic On Working With Erica Fernandes In KRPKAB; Says 'Had So Much Fun, It Was Effortless'

Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke made Shaheer Sheikh a household name. Well, other than his charming looks and talent, his chemistry with co-star Erica Fernandez, too, was the talking point of the show and it continues to be. Even today, fans eagerly wait to see these two reunite and spread their magic once again. Well, at some time, the internet was buzzing with rumours of an affair between the two; however, that wasn't really the case. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Shaheer got nostalgic remembering his Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi days and working with Erica.
The actor revealed how had a lot of fun while shooting and that everything was so effortless on the sets that it didn't felt like he is working. “I had so much fun shooting for that show. It was effortless. I loved it because everyone was amazing in that show… Erica, Supriya Maa, Mamaji, all the actors. It was so effortless as I said because we never had to put in that extra effort. We never felt that we are acting. It’s a daily soap, we never felt like that. and the makers also…. how they imagined and visualized it, we were bang on, we exactly created that," said the actor.
He added, "I never felt like I am working on that particular project. I would just feel, I go to the sets, I catch up with everyone and I come back home. At the end of the day, you feel tired, but during that show, I never felt like that.”
On the personal front, Shaheer Sheikh recently got hitched to his longtime girlfriend Ruchikaa Kapoor in a lowkey court wedding. The couple is having the time of their lives and their social media PDA is proof.
