Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii was the most popular television show helmed by Ekta Kapoor and aired on Star Plus. It was loved by the audience and they never missed a single episode. They often looked forward to the new episodes and the characters became household names. What if we tell you the show is going to be back on the screens? 

Yes, you read right the Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii will be back on the screens after the hiatus of fourteen years. 

As per the latest announcement by Star Plus, on their official Instagram handle, the show is returning to the screens. During the announcement, the channel shared a short video clip with the moments of previous episodes. Along with the clip they made an announcement and wrote tagging the actors, “Ghar ghar se judi ek kahani, ab phir dikhegi har ghar mein! #KahaaniGharGharKii, shuru ho raha hai phirse. 2nd August se, dopeher 3:30 baje, sirf StarPlus par. @kingaliasgar #SakshiTanvar #KiranKarmarkar @ektarkapoor @mohnish_bahl @rupaliganguly @chintzykaur @anupsoni3”.




Meanwhile, the loyal fans were happy with the announcement and expressed their feelings in the comment section. Netizens wrote, “Big Plesure News about kggk . Really very are Grateful to you . This video clip was nostalgic for the fans as it showed the actors and brought those memories back. It showed Sakshi Tanwar as Parvati, playing a doting daughter-in-law and Kiran Karmarkar as Om playing a perfect son posing with diya as in the earlier days. The daily soap also starred Ali Asgar as Kamal, Shweta Kawatraa as Pallavi, Anup Soni as Suyash Mehra and Aruna Irani as Narayani Devi to name a few. The show aired for eight years from October 16, 2000, to October 9, 2008 entertaining everyone with its high-voltage drama.
