Kajol Recreates ‘Ja Simran Ja’ Scene From DDLJ; Her Real-Life Raj Wows Her With Flowers
Bollywood’s real-life couple Ajay Devgn and Kajol, who have turned reel-life partners in their upcoming film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. And to promote the same, the duo is often snapped on the sets of multiple TV shows. As the cast of Tanhaji is on a promotional spree, and has been doing the rounds of the reality show, Kajol along with Ajay Devgn made her presence felt on the sets of Remo D’Souza’s dance reality show Dance Plus 5. The couple is reuniting on the big screen after a long gap with Tanhaji in which Ajay plays the role of Tanhaji Malusare and Kajol plays his wife, Savitribai Malusare.

According to the latest reports, Kajol has created the iconic ‘Ja Simran Ja’ scene from her most-loved film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. Reportedly, Remo played Om Puri aka Simran’s dad on the sets, who allows Kajol to be with Raj. On the show, Kajol looked ethereal in a red floor-length embroidered Anarkali paired with same coloured dupatta which she has put on one shoulder.  (ALSO READ: Kajol Feels Saif Ali Khan Betrayed Her And Ajay Devgn; Hopes He Reads This In Switzerland)
Earlier speaking to exclusively SpotboyE when we asked Ajay how Kajol came on board, he told us, “Her role is not very lengthy but it's a very important one because the sacrifices are not done by the heroes alone, their wives also go through so much of pain. So I thought nobody else could pull it off and Kajol was the apt choice for the role.”

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is all set hit the screens on January 10 setting up a clash with Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey starrer Chhapaak.
