Television actor Karan Patel's wife, Ankita Bhargava, criticized the staff of a Mumbai cafe for what she perceived as rude behaviour during her recent visit. Ankita, who went to the Aromas Cafe & Bistro in Juhu with friends and their children, expressed her dissatisfaction after leaving, emphasizing that the staff's conduct was unacceptable. According to reports from Times Now, she mentioned that the kids were casually moving around the cafe and engaging in conversation with the waiters after finishing their meals.
"Unexpectedly, the manager approached us and said, 'Aapke bacche yaha chal-phir rahein hai. Aap unko kisi ek jagah pe bitha dijiye. This is not allowed in the restaurant.' I explained that our kids were not misbehaving, but the manager's demeanour was demeaning and disrespectful. It's disheartening as I've been a patron of this cafe for many years. I expressed my disappointment and felt disrespected. I made it clear to the manager that I won't be returning. I had even come here with Karan last week, and if he were here today, it would have definitely been an issue," Ankita stated.
Contrarily, a representative from the cafe informed Times Now that the children were running around, and due to safety concerns, they couldn't permit such behaviour. The person mentioned, "If they had bumped into any waiter, the hot drinks or food could have spilled on them."
Ankita and Karan exchanged vows on May 3, 2015. The couple celebrated the arrival of their first child, a daughter named Mehr, on December 20, 2019. Ankita, the daughter of actors Abhay Bhargava and Kiran Bhargava, has showcased her talent in various TV shows, including Sanjivani, Kesar, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Dekha Ek Khwaab, Dill Mill Gayye, Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein, Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam, among others.
