According to the reports, a music composer called Karan Wahi and a producer named Mundhra Singh Nagar hosted a party at their apartment in Malad, Mumbai where a model was also invited and promised to get her to be an assistant director of their next project. It was at this party that one of them tried to make a move on the model and the next day, she then filed a complaint to the police when she found scratches on her chest in the morning. She claimed that the two sexually assaulted her and abused her after she fell asleep.
