Good News for Kareena Kapoor Khan’ss fans, and it’s not related to her film, Good News with Akshay. This one’s about her debut on the small screen. You read that right! Buzz is strong that Kareena is all set to make her television debut with Zee TV’s Dance India Dance.

According to a report in Bombay Times, if all goes well, Bebo will be seen seated on the judge panel of the dance reality show. A source told the leading daily, “We are in talks with Kareena and she is keen on being part of the show. We are hoping for the deal to materialise soon.” The report further suggests that choreographer Bosco Martis has already been roped in as one of the judges for the reality show.

Currently, Kareena is busy shooting for her film, Good News, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. A few on-location pictures of the film have also hit the web space. Bebo’s last stint at the big screen was Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania.

Talking about the show, Dance India Dance, it has been Zee TV’s one of the most popular and high-rated show. The first season of the dance reality show premiered in 2009 and has successfully completed 6 seasons till now, along with its spin-offs like DID li’l Masters, Super Moms, Doubles. In Season 6, the show had 3 teams. First one led by Mudassar Khan, named Mudassar Ki Mandali, second one by Marzi Pestonji, named Marzi Ke Mastane and 3rd by Mini Pradhan named Mini Ke Masterblasters.

DID also became quite a name, courtesy Mithun Chakraborty who plays the Grand Master on the show. His famous one-liner, “Kya Baat, Kya Baat, Kya Baat” caught on quite well with the audience.  Now, if Kareena Kapoor Khan is stepping into the shoes of Mithun Da or the show will introduce a whole new concept, let’s wait and watch.
