Today's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 episode begins with Prerna feeling Anurag’s presence around her. She goes towards her car and leaves without seeing the accident victim. For the griha pravesh ceremony Mr. Bajaj and Prerna reach Bajaj mansion. Meanwhile, Shivani calls Prerna and asks about Anurag from her. However, for breaking Anurag’s trust, Shivani also blames Prerna. She lashes out for cheating Anurag and getting married to Mr. Bajaj.
Shivani also tells her that Anurag has gone missing since the time he went to stop her wedding. Prerna breaks down in tears. Prerna runs away from the house and she fails to convince herself from completing the griha pravesh ritual. She goes to the hospital searching for Anurag.
