Today's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 episode begins with Nivedita asking Shivani to tell her the truth. Shivani finally admits that she knows about Prerna’s marriage. Even the photograph of Prerna getting married to Mr. Bajaj is shown to Veena. Prerna’s mother is shattered to learn the truth. Mohini accuses her of taking money from Mr. Bajaj and making the deal.
In the hospital, Anurag cries while recalling the moments spent with Prerna and he also questions himself why he was betrayed.

Anurag has been informed by the doctor that he can go home. Meanwhile, Veena gets upset at Shivani for not telling the truth.
