Kashmera Shah Remembers Sidharth Shukla: ‘He Lived And Left Like A King, For Me He Is Still Around Smiling’
While remembering the late Sidharth Shukla, Kashmera Shah stated that he taught us to live life on our terms, and he will live in our memory forever as an undefeated king.
Kashmera Shah got to know the late Sidharth Shukla, a little better during her stint on the show Bigg Boss 13, which was won by him. While everyone is still struggling to come to terms with Sidharth's untimely death, Kashmera has said she cannot bring herself to accept that he is no more. She mentioned that she does not want to think of Sidharth as "gone forever." She wants to think of him as being away on a shoot or in a house where we cannot get in touch with him.
While speaking with Hindustan Times, Kashmera remembered the late Sidharth Shukla with a heavy heart and stated that he taught us to live life on our terms. “While I am happy I met him, I’m also angry that I met him, because now, I know what it would be to not have him around. I met his family and I can tell you that he had the most loving sisters that loved him immensely and a mother that doted on him,” Kashmera was quoted as saying.
Kashmera also requested everyone to maintain the dignity of the actor and to give his family time to grieve and cope with this sudden tragedy.
While recalling the time she spent together with Sidharth on BB13, Kashmera mentioned, “We became really good friends. I knew Sid as someone who lived life on his terms. His extreme love for his mother and sisters is what every woman would expect from their son.”
Calling Sidharth Shukla an ‘undefeated king’, Kashmera Shah concluded by saying that the late actor lived like a king, left like a king and now lives in our memory forever as an undefeated king. “I cannot say RIP for him because for me he is still around smiling,” Kashmera said.
Sidharth Shukla passed away on September 2 due to a heart attack. Her last rites were performed the next day in presence of his family, his lady love Shehnaaz Gill, friends and colleagues from the industry.
