Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 premiered in August this year and is undoubtedly one of the most-watched quiz shows in India. There had been reports that this show hosted by Amitabh Bachchan will soon go off- air. Now, there is an update and KBC 11 will go off air on November 29, that is, this Friday. The guest for the finale episode will be author, teacher and Chairman of Infosys Foundation, Sudha Murthy. The channel has released the promo for the finale and as usual, this Friday too will be a Karamveer special episode.
The channel shared the promo on their social media and wrote, “She fought against all social stereotypes. Meet our #KBCKaramveer #SudhaMurthy this Friday at 9 PM and know how she reformed thousands of underprivileged lives. @SrBachchan.” This episode is surely going to be a special one, given that it is the grand finale. Sudha Murthy, the guest for this Friday, is the wife of Infosys co-founder Narayan Murthy and was also the first woman engineer at TATA Engineering Locomotive Company and also in Hoogly, West Bengal. Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 saw four crorepatis namely, Sanoj Raj, Babita Tade, Gautam Kumar Jha and Ajeet Kumar. They all won Rs 1 crore on the show. Apart from this promo, the channel also shared more fun clips showing some of the most entertaining moments from this season.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, Amitabh Bachchan had revealed in a blog post that he had pulled off an 18-hour work day shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati 11. He wrote that he shot for three episodes of KBC back to back because of a backlog. This came after Big B had written that he had been strongly warned to take some time off work.
