Kaun Banega Crorepati is all set to return with its new season and Amitabh Bachchan will be back on our screens once again. The first episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12 will air in a few hours, and people are eagerly waiting for it to begin. Not just us, Abhishek Bachchan cannot contain his excitement either!

The first episode of KBC 12 will air today at 9 pm and with only a few hours to go, the excitement level is at its peak. In the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, a few new rules have been introduced, and there will be a few changes, however, overall, the format of the show will remain the same. Abhishek Bachchan tweeted that he cannot wait for KBC 12, and asked if it is 9 pm already.

Meanwhile, announcing the news that KBC 12 will air tonight at 9 pm, Sony TV’s Instagram post read, “Aadar aadab abhinandan aabhar! #KBC12 shuru ho raha hai aaj raat 9 baje se sirf Sony par (Respect, greetings and gratitude. KBC12 is set to commence from 9 pm tonight only on Sony).”

This time around, instead of the famous handshake with which Amitabh Bachchan used to welcome the contestants, he will be seen giving an ‘elbow bump’ while greeting them on the show.
