Khatron Ke Khiladi 12: Rubina Dilaik On Taking Up Rohit Shetty's Reality Show: 'Abhi Koi Daily Soap Nahi Tha Mere Paas, What Would I Do At Home’

Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik is all set to overcome her fears by doing high-octane action stunts in the reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’. This is her second reality show post winning the Salman Khan hosted BB14. In a new interview, Rubina revealed the reason why she decided to take up Rohit Shetty’s popular stunt show and her reason will leave you stunned. The actress mentioned that since she had no daily soap in her kitty, she thought it was better to take the offer rather than sit at home.
Speaking to Indian Express, the Choti Bahu actress said, “I was busy with Shakti last year. Abhi koi daily soap nahi tha mere paas. And I was like what would I do at home, so I said yes to it.” Explaining further, Rubina asserted that she believes in picking ‘quality over quantity.’
“Ghar baithna padhe ya intezaar karna ho, I will only pick up projects that I can contribute to with my full heart. A show like Shakti is made very rarely and I am fortunate that I could be a part of this beautiful show. It takes a lot of strength and energy to build something like this. I am glad such shows are not made every day, but I will wait as long as needed to be a part of it,” Rubina Dilaik added. Interestingly, Rubina’s husband Abhinav Shukla participated in the last season of Khatron Ke Khiladi and nailed some daring and action-packed sequences. When asked if she got any tips from her actor husband, the Shakti actress mentioned that they both have their own expertise. He is strong in something, she has her own strengths and there is no fixed mantra that he could give her.
Other contestants of KKK12 are Munawar Faruqui, Sriti Jha, Pratik Sehajpal, Shivangi Joshi and Rajiv Adatitia, Aneri Vajani Jannat Zubair and Chetna Pande among others. They all will be heading to Cape Town, South Africa for the shoot.
