It’s raining babies in Tinsel town. After Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi actress Smriti Khanna, it’s Kumkum Bhagya actress Shikha Singh, who has announced her pregnancy in a most adorable way. Shikha, who plays vicious Aaliya in much-loved TV show Kumkum Bhagya married pilot boyfriend Karan Shah on May 1, 2016. The actress has been enjoying her marital bliss ever since. Shikha and Karan have been sending their fans into a tizzy with their envious vacation pictures and lovey-dovey post.
Now Shikha and Karan are all set to embrace the parenthood as they announced their pregnancy in the cutest way possible. Taking to Insta, Shikha shared a couple of picture flaunting her baby bump while wearing a blue and white striped long dress posing with their pooch. More than pictures it’s her caption that has caught our attention. “Boom Boom Ciao,” read her caption. A week back, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi actress Smriti welcomed their baby girl and the parents have been over the moon ever since.
Speaking about planning their family, Shikha Singh told Times Of India, “When Karan and I were planning to go the family way, nobody thought that Corona would come upon us. I had informed the production house that I would be taking a break due to my pregnancy around April, and the production house also agreed to it, but now with COVID19, I have been on a break since March.”
“After the baby is born, it will be complete isolation for us, so it will be another few months before I can get back to work. With a baby around, I don’t think in these times I will be able to go out at all,” she said further.
