Kushal Punjabi Suicide: Friend Aartii Naagpal Says, ‘I Felt Ashamed On Hearing The News’
Kushal Punjabi left for his heavenly abode after he hung himself at this Bandra residence. Now his friend Aartii Naagpal, who was working with Punjabi on a web-series titled r.p.m has spoken out and shared that she felt ashamed, not sorry.
Kushal Punjabi’s sudden death shocked one and all. The actor, who was seen in many TV shows and Bollywood films, took his life by hanging himself in his Bandra flat. It was his close friend Karanvir Bohra, who had taken to Instagram, and informed about the sad and heartbreaking news. Since then SpotboyE has been bringing you time to time developments. Many of his friends even spoke to SpotboyE about Kushal Punjabi. This morning, we reported what Kushal’s wife have to say about him. Now Punjabi’s friend and co-star Aartii Naagpal has come out and spoken about him taking the drastic step.
Aartii told Free Press Journal, “Recently, my colleague Kushal Punjabi took this decision. I really felt ashamed of hearing this news, instead of feeling sorry. I wish he had spoken to me about his pain. Had he been daring enough to show his wounds, he would have been alive. Running away from life doesn't change reality. I was literally born in the Hindi film industry and I have seen umpteen cases of suicide of film and non-film personalities. Aarti, who was working with Punjabi on a web series titled "r.p.m" also stated that even she has tried to commit suicide 4 times. She continued saying, “Due to my previous toxic relationship, I tried to commit suicide four times. I forgot that what was happening to me was not permanent. I was very weak and vulnerable. I had forgotten my inner strength and that I have two children. Going through a divorce since the last eight years, fighting 40 false cases, it all took a toll on me."
