The news of Kushal Punjabi’s death left everyone in a state of shock, especially those from the television industry, who have worked with him. Just this morning, ex-Bigg Boss contestant Karanvir Bohra took to Instagram and shocked one and all with his post, informing all about Kushal's demise. Kushal’s friends Karanvir Bohra and Chetan Hansraj confirmed to SpotboyE that Kushal had hung himself and that a suicide note was found at his home in Bandra. Condolences have been pouring in ever since the news came out and now, FIR actor Kavita Kaushik took to Instagram to talk about it.
Kavita Kaushik shared a picture of herself and Kusha Punjabi on her Instagram handle, and penned down a long note urging people to talk about mental health and depression. In her caption, she asked people to be open about depression and show it when they are not okay. She wrote, “Kushal was a fighter .. he would be doing something new each time that we would connect , we were colleagues and not close friends but I know his family.. his parents and sister, they are simple and good people .. why did no one see this coming ? Cos mental health is a f*ckin serious issue and people hide what’s really troubling them ,each one of us as at some point are bound to be in a dark space !! That’s life.” ALSO READ: Kushal Punjabi Death: Bakhtiyaar Irani Is Devastated, Recalls His Pleasant Memories With The Actor- EXCLUSIVE
Kavita Kaushik also added that now that Kushal Punjabi is gone, all we can do is mull over it, but there is so much judgment happening and the pressure to maintain the perfect image. She asked people to be kind to each other and instead of talking behind each others’ backs, people should reach out instead. She wrote,” Talk pls .. kushal is gone and we can’t get him back but we can be there for anyone who needs support .. I’m heartbroken but I’m there, anyone who wants to talk I’M HERE you have created a dent in our hearts and gone Kushal ... can’t imagine the pain of your family and close ones.”
The real cause of Kushal Punjabi’s suicide is not known. However, we brought you an update from DCP Paramjit Singh Dahiya about a suicide note that was found, but he hasn’t blamed anyone in it.
