Latest Buzz Suggests That Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Anjali, Taarak's Wife Has Quit The Show- EXCLUSIVE
As Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chahsmah completes 12 years, one of its cast members has decided to quit the serial. Anjali aka Neha has decided to leave and we have an exclusive report.
After Disha Vakani who used to essay the character of Dayaben in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, quit the show, we hear another actress has decided to bid adieu to the hit serial. Neha Mehta who plays Anjali on the show may not be seen in the upcoming episodes. A source informs us Neha has conveyed her decision to the makers already and has not been reporting to the sets ever since they have resumed their shoot after the lockdown rules we're eased out.
This news definitely came as a shock to us and we called Neha to know the reason but our call went unanswered. We also texted her and she chose not to reply even after reading our messages. Neha has been associated with the show ever since the show started and played an important character in the serial. Neha played the onscreen wife of Taarak Mehta (Shailesh Lodha), and plays the role of a dietitian and kept making diet food for Taarak which fed up him.
Sometime back news reports also came that Gurucharan Singh who essays the character of Roshan Singh Sodhi on the show is also discontinuing the show. However, when we spoke to the producer Asit Modi about the news the maker said, "I really don't know from where this news is being spread. I haven't received any such letter from him. Right now, I am busy writing my stories and deciding dates on when to resume our shooting". But our reliable source informs us he has also not reported the sets yet and production have no clarity if he is coming back for the shoot or not.
Meanwhile, the show has completed 12 years today and the excited producer posted a celebration video on the production house Neela Telefilms Instagram handle and wrote, "Aaj din hai bohot hi khaas, kyunki aaj chaaro disha mein hogi sirf hasee aur muskurahat ki mithass. Aayeye aap bhi humare sang milkar kare iss khushi ke pal ka ehsaas, kyunki #TaarakMehtaKaOoltahChashmah ne racha hai ek naya ithiaas! Coming back to Neha Mehta and Gurucharan Singh missing in action on the sets will be eagerly waiting for the actors clear the air.
