Lock Upp: Munawar Faruqui gets emotional when Karan Kundrra shares that he is trending outside

Kangana Ranaut hosted show Lock Upp is grabbing eyeballs and attention ever since the show got aired courtesy, controversial contestants and format. Recently, the viewers witnessed Karan Kundrra as the new jailor who is here to keep a close eye on the contestants. As soon as Karan entered the show, he praised Munawar Faruqui and shared that he is trending outside.
Karan informed him that his stints in the show are being loved by the viewers. Kundrra praised Faruqui and told him that viewers are loving his game and are loving him outside. He was heard saying,"Munawar there is a reason you are trending outside and bahut achi tarike se kar rahe ho."
Karan was then informed by the inmates that the food was being served late by the makers, to which Munawar disagreed. This was it, as soon as Munawar raised his voice against the contestants, they got into a heated argument with him. The comedian was questioned by the contestants that if he didn’t agree with them, then why he was part of the protest. Later in the show, he was seen getting emotional when Sara Khan got a chance to meet her mother after winning the task. The latest promo of the show saw him talking to the camera saying he should not have taken the appreciation seriously. "Tareef insaan ko kamzor banati hai, usko lagne lagta hai main kuch hoon, ye taareef mere liye sahi nahi thi ab mujhe bahut sambhal ke chalna hoga. Oh main toh trend kar raha hoon, arre main joh hoon woh hoon. Ab saare log insecure honge, ke ye kaise hogaya ab isko nahi hone denge, iska game kharab karenge. Things will get difficult for me from hereon. But I will do my best. I promise to make you laugh on my antics and for the stuff I'll do,” Munawar said.
Earlier, Munawar was seen consoling Anjali when she was crying. While talking to the camera, he said, ‘ I didn't cry because she was crying, I cried because I told something to console her. I told her don't cry your mother can at least come on the show, my mother can't even come. Aaj bolke gaye Karan bhai game khelna hai, people are liking me. Bahut message kiya logon ko, bahut galat dikhaya logon ne mujhe. I can act in front of the inmates, but not in front of you guys because you know me well.”
Well, makers are turning no stone unturned to make the show more captivating and Karan’s entry to the show will surely spice up things.
