Poonam Pandey gets saved from eviction as she gets highest votes
Poonam Pandey is one of the most talked-about contestants of Lock Upp. She has been making headlines since day one. In the recent episode, Poonam had promised her fans that she'll remove her t-shirt if she gets maximum votes.
Voila! It happened. Poonam Pandey saved herself from eviction as she received the maximum number of votes. On the Sunday episode, host Kangana Ranaut announced the same. The strict jailor also informed that among all the nominated contestants Payal Rohatgi got the least votes while Nisha Rawal came second last on the list.
Before the eviction part, Payal was seen talking to the camera where she yelled at her boyfriend Sangram Singh. She said "Sangram Singh! Mai ek hafte se voting ke liye bol rahi hu par tere se voting nahi ho pa rahi. I know you have genuine followers. And, how could Poonam manage to get a maximum number of votes? For the unversed, in the previous episode, while interacting with other inmates Poonam had said, “Hello, joh bhi sun raha hai, iss charge sheet se mujhe bacha lo, I swear to God tum logon ko itna mast surprise, on-camera live doongi from Poonam Pandey and in Poonam Pandey style. You all save me by giving votes and then wait to see what all happens in this jail.”
In the previous episodes, Poonam revealed the reason behind her broken marriage with Sam Bombay. Poonam shared how she was mentally tortured and abused by her estranged husband and decided to part ways just after two weeks of their marriage
